Refund policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please reach out to us at wyrdarmouries.com to discuss your refund options. You must contact us before starting your return.

Non-customized items are eligible for a refund if you contact us within 30 days of you receiving the item. Items must be returned in unworn and like new condition to receive a refund.

Items damaged in transit are insured. Please reach out to us if there are any problems when you receive your item.

There are no refunds on:

  • Custom items. Custom items cancelled prior to completion may be eligible for partial refund. 
  • Digital Items
  • Personal Hygiene Items such as face masks or undergarments
